“This Old House” This house was built in 1760 to be the home of a Delaware river pilot. For two hundred years it would serve as the home for three different river pilots and their families. Sitting on the beach watching the sun set is a object lesson in just how quickly things on his earth can change. In only fifteen minutes, the sky went from brightly lit to almost completely dark.
